From Boardrooms to Basecamps—And Everything in Between

I spent most of my career in corporate America, leading high-impact programs and teams, always on the cutting edge of innovation. My natural curiosity and hunger for improvement opened doors to incredible opportunities—but it also meant I was often masking who I truly was to fit a mold that was never built for me.

As a neurodivergent person, I learned to tone down my energy, my joy, and even my confidence—because too much light can feel unsettling in a world more at ease with the familiar. I’ve made peace with never fully blending in, and I cherish the view from where I stand.

But when I climb, travel, and discover new corners of the world, I feel free. I feel like me. So I’ve decided to no longer contain my light, but to let it blaze from every summit I reach.

A New Kind of Leadership

I became a Six Sigma Black Belt not just to improve businesses—but because it helped me simplify my own life. I saw how the tools I used to streamline workflows in corporations could also be used to navigate change, chase dreams, and build a purposeful life outside the office.

Somewhere between the mountains I summited and the programs I delivered, I started connecting the dots:

  • The systems thinking I loved in Six Sigma is the same strategy I use to plan adventures around the globe.

  • The continuous improvement mindset I coached in others is what helps me stay curious, agile, and resilient as a traveler.

  • And the leadership principles I once taught in boardrooms? They mean even more when you’re face-to-face with uncertainty, nature, or a life pivot.

Why I Built We – Community With Purpose

I created this space to share my unapologetic joy, my big energy, and my ongoing journey with others who are also seeking more.

This is for the doers, the dreamers, the inquisitive minds, the adventurers, the change-makers—and everyone who’s ever felt like they need a bit of extra light to keep going.
